As a first time homebuyer in the city I was very intimidated and unsure about the whole process. I was given lots of info from friends on realtors to go with that have been in the business for years but I ended up finding shawn on my own through social media. What attracted me to Shawn at first was his marketing of the homes available to the younger first time homebuyer buying audience and then once I started speaking with shawn I could feel his drive, passion, and strong worth ethic right away. He made me reduce my uneasiness on home buying each step along the way and ultimately I ended up buying a condo 6 months before I even thought I wanted to because of the information he brought forward to me. Shawn will never pressure you, he will never make you feel uncomfortable, he will always be honest with you, he is ALWAYS reachable and always on time. Shawn was absolutely fantastic throughout the entire process of finding an apartment to rent. He stayed in constant communication with us on the status of apartments we were interested in, always made sure we were able to view any apartment we wanted to see, had awesome connections with other realtors, answered all of our questions and just really went to bat for us and remained our biggest advocate throughout the process. The rental market is extremely competitive, so we viewed and applied to multiple units. Through it all Shawn stayed patient, positive, and knowledgable.
